General Use Pork Rub

Blend can be mixed and stored for when needed

1/2 cup Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for more or less) 
1/8 cup ground mustard
1/8 cup ground coffee (I prefer light roast) 

Works well as a dry rub for pork shoulder and baby back ribs
